Perpetual Didier clears the air on rumoured affair with Joyce Blessing's husband

Gospel musician Perpetual Didier has put to rest ongoing rumours regarding her relationship with renowned music producer and artiste manager Dave Joy.

Speculations about Didier's connection have intensified in recent months, particularly given that Dave Joy had managed her.

In an interview with Fiifi Praat, she confronted these rumours head-on.

She firmly denied any romantic involvement, stating, “There was no intimacy with Dave, even though he was my manager. Our relationship was strictly professional.”

Didier emphasised the decorum of their working relationship, insisting, “What we have is purely professional. He is my brother, not my romantic partner.”

Didier further clarified her commitment to her career, professional relationships, and personal integrity.

Also, she expressed disappointment with fellow industry members who did not attend her brother, Shadrach’s funeral.

She revealed that aside from Dave Joy, no other gospel musician supported her during her brother's funeral, who tragically died from alleged police brutality at West Hills Mall on January 30, just days before his planned departure to Germany.
