#PhotoGbaaay to be launched on October 25

#Photogbaaay is an interactive platform & community for photo-lovers across all genres of picture-taking both amateur and professional. A person who is “PhotoGbaaay” is known locally as “one who loves pictures”. This inspired our slogan “for the love of pictures”.

The idea surrounding the #photogbaaay concept is to engage those who love taking and appreciating pictures, feed their craving for exciting & innovative ways to take photos; and reward the best and most appreciated on the platform. It’s a win-win in all regards.

The concept is targeted at all people Internet & smartphone savvy. This includes trendy individuals as young as 16, through university students and the working class. The concept also appeals to professional photographers and creative individuals transcending all ages.

The launch is scheduled to take place on 25th October, 2014 at the Rhapsody’s balcony at Accra Mall. The launch will start mid-morning and run on late into the evening climaxing with an after party inside the venue.

The event seeks to encourage the general public to take photos to be posted on the #Photogbaaay platform. This will involve taking pictures with the various celebrities, Reggie Rockstone, Efya, Becca, John Dumelo, Elikem Kumordzie, DKB, among others with new faces and with friends.
