Pretty Nigerian amputee celebrates birthday with stunning photos

A physically challenged Nigerian actress ,Doris Akonanya is currently melting hearts on social media as she shares mouth watering photos to mark her birthday celebration.

Doris Akonanya who is a strong woman and holds the view that 'disability is not a disadvantage' Has tussled her way to the top in an already overcrowded Nollywood scene.

Losing her right leg as a teenager never stopped her from pursuing her dream to be an actress.

The 'Sussana' movie actress is a graduate of Theater Arts and Film Studies from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

The actress has acted alongside Nollywood heavyweights like Chinwe Owoh, Chiwetalu Agu, and Harry B Anyawu.

She turned a year older today and she took to her official instagram page to share gorgeous photos of herself . Her fans absolutely fell in love with the photos as she was 'heaped' with lots of praises.

On her instagram page , she wrote: “Happy birthday to myself.

“I might not be the richest person in the world or the world’s president but I have happiness, peace of mind, and most importantly the gift of life.

“Thank you, God, for blessing me with such priceless gifts. On my birthday, I celebrate these little but priceless things. Happy birthday to me.”
