Fiifi Coleman Productions, known for its sold-out plays such as "Dilemma of a Ghost," "The Slaves," and "Sons and Daughters," is set to wow audiences once again with their new play, "Prison Graduates."

Written by the late Efo Kojo Mawugbe and directed by Fiifi Coleman, the play features a stellar cast including seasoned actresses Naa Ashorkor, Mavis Abrokwah, Jacqueline Ama Ansah, and Queen Grace Adjetey.

"It’s been a long time coming. I have waited for 8 years to produce this play because of the messages it carries," Fiifi Coleman shares.

The play is a satire centred around four prisoners who are granted presidential amnesty but grapple with the decision to accept the pardon or remain in jail.

They juxtapose the current economic crises with the conditions in jail, questioning what awaits them outside that will prevent them from returning to a life of crime.

"Prison Graduates" will debut on July 26 at 8 PM and continue on July 27 with performances at 4 PM and 8 PM at the National Theatre of Ghana.
