Ghanaian music duo, R2Bees, publish Site 15, their third studio album next week.

The project arrives 5 years after their critically acclaimed Da Revolution II: Refuse to Be Broke —the 19-tracker that birthed commercial monsters as ‘Ajeii’, ‘Life (Walaahi)’, ‘Odo’ and ‘Bayla Trap’ (That album also saw them earn a nomination at the 2013 BET Awards).

Site 15 references the Tema block the cousins —Faisal Hakeem (Paedae da Pralem/Omar Sterling), and Rashid Mugeez (Mugeez) grew up in.

Active in music since 2007, R2Bees came to nationwide attention with their 2008 debut offering, “Yawa Gal”, followed by “I Dey Mad”, “Kiss Your Hand”, “T.E.M.A”, “Radio”, and “Africa” —songs which would serve as the crust of their first album, Da Revolution I.

While this is their first joint body of work in a significant while, the band, multiple-award-winners, have published endless chart-topping hits including “Makoma”, “Plantain Chips”, “Tonight”, and “Could This Be Love”, and appeared as guests on other projects. In September 2016, Omar Sterling, the rapper half of the group, published Victory Through Harmony, an 18-track mixtape to critical reviews.
