Ingredients
Leftover tomato stew
3 tubers of sweet potatoes, diced.
6 medium eggs
1 tsp curry powder
3 medium garden eggs, diced.
Maggi Chicken cube
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
Prepartory steps
Pour water into a saucepan over medium heat, add diced sweet potatoes, salt and boil for 10 minutes, take off heat, drain and set aside.
Place leftover tomato stew on medium heat, add curry powder and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Add diced garden eggs, stir and let simmer 5 minutes.
Add boiled sweet potatoes, stir then add eggs, cover and let cook for 3 minutes
Add MAGGI Chicken cube, Red bell pepper, stir and serve.
