Ghana failed to make an impact at this year’s MTV Africa Music Awards with Sarkodie, Samini , Stonebwoy and Fuse ODG losing out in their respective categories

Fuse ODG, Stonebwoy and Samini failed to win the various categories in which they were nominated at the ongoing MTV Africa Music Awards 2015.

They lost out in the Best Pop and Alternative ,Best New Act and MAMAEvolution categories respectively.

The MTV Africa Music Awards was established by MTV Africa Networks(now Viacom International Media Networks Africa) to celebrate the most popular contemporary music in Africa.

Stonebwoy performed with South African rapper, AKA. Neyo , Jhene Aiko , Yemi Alade and many others also performed at the awards event.
