“Sweet Mistake” singer Samini has used sanctioned actress Yvonne Nelson in every essence of the word. Samini has made a great come back on the silver screen with his role in the new movie “Pool Party” produced by Raj, Films riding on Dansoman based actress Yvonne Nelson.
Samini who made a star appearance in the new movie, left his name on the lips of movie lovers who were present at the grand premiere of the movie at the Silverbird Cinema on Friday February 11, 2011. He played the role of “Ishmael” the biological brother of the main character “George Mensah”, played by “Playboy” actor Majid Michel.
Samini is seen in several scenes in the movie right from the beginning, smooching actress Yvonne Nelson (who played Audrey). The two kissed deeply countless times, she took her top off for him to kiss and fondle her breast, she threw her long legs over Samini’s broad shoulders while Samini’s head was between her legs, and they took their bath together in the same bath basin. The two seemingly love birds went through a long intimate marathon until they finally made love in the movie.
In the movie, Yvonne Nelson (Audrey) turned out to be the wife of Samini’s biological brother Majid Michel’s (George), which means the ‘Sexy Don Dada’ was sleeping with her sister- in-law. Now will Majid ever find out his kid brother is sleeping with his wife? And if he does, what will be his reaction, and what will be the end of the shameless secret lovers?
Samini has been off the screen after he featured in “Fresh Trouble” which was turned in a Television series in the early 2000s, produced by Albert Kuvougi (Daavi). “Fresh Trouble” also featured hiplife stars Lord Kenya, Kokoveli, the late Suzzy Williams, and Helen Omabo among others.
The MOBO Awards winner also starred in musical movie “Coz ov Moni” produced and released in 2010 by Fokin Boiz and Pidgen Music. He was rumored to be shooting a movie with popular movie producer, Shirley Frimpong Manson of Sparrow Productions, but that never happened. This is the first time Samini has landed a major role in a movie and from all indications he got the right partner to play along with and their role came out so well. Thanks to Yvonne Nelson, Samini is back on the big screen.
“Pool Party”, shot late last year, is produced by Venus Film Production in conjunction with Raj Film. The movie has a great line up of cast including: Samini, Yvonne Nelson, Martha Ankomah, Yonne Okoro, Eddie Nartey, Majid Michel and others.
