Sammi B Out of Big Brother All Stars

...following a recent ill health situation which has rendered the Ghanaian Radio Presenter and Reggae musician redundant, in the Big Brother barn.

Over the past few days Sammi has complained to Big Brother about his poor health. It started with a headache and a fever. He also complained of sleeping difficulties and dizziness. It later worsened into a heart problem. Though he told Big Brother in the Diary Room that he was getting better by the day, it seemed Sammi was suffering more in the inside, than on the outside.

Biggie had to send a medical expert to the barn to take care of Sammi, but that did not make him feel any better. After Sammi was thoroughly cross examined, Big Brother told him in the Diary Room that according to the doctor’s report, he was suffering from elevated hypertension and that the doctor had suggested that the Ghanaian leaves the Big Brother House so he could get enough bed rest and treatment back home in Ghana.

When Sammi was asked how he feels about the doctor’s verdict, he said its okay for him because he admitted that he needed medical attention. With a very sober voice, Sammi said that he knows it needs to be done, and it has to be done. Biggie told Sammi that as soon as he leaves, he would need to see the doctor again. Big Brother also told Sammi to disclose this information to his Barn mates and they should help him pack, as he is due to leave the Barn in two hours.

Sammi passionately thanked Big Brother for the experience in the House and the Barn. He mentioned that he was very happy to be a part of the game, and thanked Africa. He said his experience on Big Brother changed him as a person to grow up. His parting words were that he'll "live to tell a great story about his time" with them.

When Sammi informed his fellow barn mates Hannington from Uganda, Lerato from South Africa and Tatiana from Angola, they all seemed very worried and sad. Tatiana gave Sammi a heartfelt hug. Lerato said “It really sucks" for him to leave them.

Hannington joked with him saying he was leaving him with two girls, and Sammi just giggled in response. Big Brother’s parting gift to Sammi was a portrait of himself and Hannington when they first entered the barn. All three mates signed their autographs behind the portrait. He finally left the barn on his way to Ghana a few minutes later.

Sammi at his last Diary Room session Sammi has been in the Big Brother All Stars for five weeks. He was the second house mate to be evicted after Hannington. After his eviction, he was sent to the barn with his Ugandan mate, where he stayed for three weeks. During his first week in the barn, Big Brother surprised him with his ex-girlfriend Juliet "Fafa" Atipoe from Ghana who stayed with him in the barn for three days.
