BET award winner, Sarkodie, is ready to drop a new body of work he titled Mary this 2015.
The album according to the SackCess Music artist took two years to record and all instruments on this was recorded live.
He also revealed the album cover which features a photo of his granny, Mary.
The rapper posted on his Facebook timeline;
"Took me 2 years to record this Album * Mary * .... Didn't tweet or talk about it cos I needed Time, patience and a sound mind to record #NoPressure .
Thank God I finally wrapped up. Mary is named after my late GrandMa who always wanted me to record live music but couldn't live to see me do it... may her soul rest in peace.
All instruments on this album was recorded Live!!! Thanks to the genius Akwaboah who worked on this project with me...
As an artist it is very important to challenge yourself and I'm proud I did ..
I know my fans will love this project and appreciate it due the amount work and effort that went into it... documented the whole studio sessions and promise to share with yall!!!
