See artistes battling for Artiste of the year

Ghana’s biggest night of music and arts is gradually drawing near.

The event which acknowledges people who have excelled in music and the arts is twenty years old and therefore, a lot will go into this year’s event.

During the night of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, one artiste is crowned the over all artiste of the event and year under review.

This year, the nominees are six without a representation of the female gender of the school.

Joe Mettle represents the Gospel fraternity making this the third time the artiste has gained nomination for the award.

The hiplife team includes Sarkodie, Kuami Eugene and King Promise whereas Stonebwoy and Shatta represent the Dancehall fraternity.
