Seek for our consent before using our artiste – Zylofon Media

The management of Zylofon Madia has cautioned the public to seek for their consent before using any of their artiste’s exceptional traits else they will be forced to take legal action against any individual or company.

In a press statement cited by GhanaWeb, the Head of Communications at Zylofon Media, Samuel Atuobi Baah popularly called Sammy Flex, stated “Zylofon Media Co. limited have the sole right to the use of artiste’s name, voice, likeness, sound and similar characteristics for the purpose of advertising, promotions, selling and otherwise merchandising discs, tapes and other audio and video recordings produced from master products by artiste’s under contractual relations.”

He, however, added that Zylofon Media is entitled to do all acts which are necessary for arriving at a realization of the net profiles which is directly attributed to the merchandising of their artiste’s work, name or likeness.
