Hip-life rapper and singer Nana Kwaku Duah better known as Tic has bemoaned how selfishness and greediness are killing the Ghanaian music industry.

In a recent interview with Citi TV‘s AJ Sarpong on Hall of Fame, he said;

“In Ghana when you do something and someone wants to promote it, hates sets it. Why? Even if the person will come spice the show-up, they won’t bring them because everybody wants to chop alone. That is the problem in our music industry. One man chop. Simple.”

The “Kwani Kwani” crooner also lamented on how 3 artists will be playing shows while we have 100 artists.

“How can we have in a whole year, only three artistes doing shows when the whole nation has 100 artistes?”, he quizzed.

Tic who was formerly known as TicTac went off the music scenes for a while but came back again with songs “Pene Mame” and “Kwani Kwani” and they are doing well.
