'Shatta Wale, Okyeame Kwame, others to be called by God'

Award-winning hip-life artiste turned Evangelist, Lord Kenya has predicted that Shatta Wale, Okyeame Kwame, MUSIGA President Obour and Dr. Cryme will soon be called by God to propel his work.

Lord Kenya told Afia Schwarzenegger on Aben Wo Ha on KasapaFM Monday, that God has the tendency to use people who are exposed to things of the world to transform lives positively in the society.

“I wouldn’t be surprised to see Shatta Wale, Okyeame Kwame, Obour, and Dr. Cryme doing the will of God because I have that feeling within. As a matter of fact, God uses total strangers to change lives of others so I strongly believe God will use them as well just as he is using me.”

He stated that many celebrities, unfortunately, portray lifestyles contrary to the will of God and further called for an intensive intercession on behalf of those in the showbiz industry.

Lord Kenya recalled how his effort has proven unsuccessful in bringing Ofori Amponsah back on track.

“Previously I defended Ofori Amponsah everywhere but I later felt in my spirit that Ofori will one day fall from his faith. Consequently, I told him to remain firm in this faith until suddenly I heard him speaking about his comeback into High Life music. I tried calling him but Ofori refused to pick my calls, I only got the opportunity to speak to him on a popular radio station and advised him to call off his return into the showbiz circles.”

The former hip life artiste is set to celebrate his fifth (5th) anniversary since he gave his life to Christ and commemorate it with a grand opening of his new one thousand, two hundred (1,200) seater church auditorium in Kumasi on October 28.
