Have you ever seen your favourite music stars rocking on the runaway in specially styled costume? That is what will happen on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at “Rhthmz on the Runway” scheduled to take place at the State Banquet Hall.
The event which forms part of activities lined up to celebrate Ghana’s 60th Independence Day will see Shatta Wale, Reggie Rockstone, Wanlov among others showing off their modeling skills.
Speaking to GhanaWeb at the press launch, Kofi Okyere Darko, popularly known as KOD said, the program is a merger of music and fashion to showcase the very best of Ghana.
The event which is being organised to outdoor the ace broadcaster KOD’s NINETEEN57 collections will feature designers such as Ophelia Crossland, Velmas Accessories, Abrantie the Gentleman, Bon Collections, South Africa’s Palse Sa, New York-based Kenyan designer Narok and a host of others.
It will witness musical performances from Sarkodie, Bisa Kdei, Mzvee, M.anifest, Cina Soul, Efya, Akwaboa, Wutah, Praye, Godwin Strings from Nigeria, Kenyan songstress Habida and Faith B from Zimbabwe.
