Shatta Wale fails to perform at IndomieFest on Easter Monday

Zylofon signed artiste Shatta Wale was unable to perform at the recent noodle festival dubbed ‘IndomieFest‘ on Easter Monday, Kasapafmonline.com can exclusively report.

The well attended event by both adults and kids was organised by ARK Event Services Ghana and sponsored by Multipro Pvt Ltd (Indomie brand distributor).

Stand-up comedian Funny Face kept the children glued through the day but the only billed A-list artiste, Shatta Wale who was expected to take the stage in the evening to keep the youth on toes couldn’t mount the stage.

A source close to this online portal said, Bulldog, an Artist & Repertoire manager at the Zylofon told organizers that Shatta Wale was unfit to perform.

The source says, Zylofon Music Label, management of the artiste for doubt to refund the money wanted to replace Shatta Wale with Stonebwoy but the organizers finally agreed that the artiste plays on a different show which is yet to be confirmed to defray the cost.

IndomieFest, a first-of-its-kind and a one-day festival for children, families and youth was divided into two slots. The first slot (10am-4pm) was opened for all (children, families and youth) while the second slot was a live music concert where only 16+ will be allowed.

However, the dancehall artiste delivered an outstanding performance at the Zylofon Cash Activation concert which was held at Aflao in Volta the region on Sunday.
