Shatta Wale promises to live a 'clean' life in 2018

Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has promised to live a clean life bereft of controversies in 2018.

Shatta Wale over the years is known to have built a reputation for controversy and confusion; an image that according to pundits has hinded him from making greater strides on the International stage.

But in a post on his Facebook page, the radical Shatta Wale who judging from his several posts on social media this year has announced that he intends to turn a new leaf and position himself for greatness this year.

He said "This year I want to live a clean life with Mafia positioning strategies".

Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., (born October 17, 1984) is a Ghanaian-born producer and Reggae-Dancehall musician. He is known by his stage name Shatta Wale (formerly Bandana).

His best known song is "Dancehall King", which led him to winning the Artiste of the Year at the 2014 edition of the Ghana Music Awards.

He traveled to Jamaica to learn Dancehall. Aside music, Wale acted in the movies Never Say Never and in Shattered Lives.
