'Solo’ hitmaker Article wan replies critics

One of the trending songs right about now in Ghana is ‘SOLO’ by Article Wan. Wherever you go-either the club, wedding, funeral, social gathering what have you, you are assured to hear this ‘Solo’ song playing loud.

Well Article Wan in an interview with Hitz FM has reacted to people saying his song is senseless. According to him, Ghanaians just want to dance, they are not interested in the content of the song.

“I did so many songs but it didn’t get out there as in the popularity bit and content-wise. I tried, tried and tried, released son many sensible songs but to no avail. So I relaxed for a while and then went to study the entertainment industry, then I found out that people just want to dance, they are not interested in the content.”

He continued, “So I stopped doing my slow songs, content-songs and then I released ‘SOLO’ and here I am people calling me for gigs, radio stations calling me for interviews and more. Now, SOLO is like anthem.”
