Award winning singer and songwriter Gena West has advised the leadership of African countries to sow positive attributes into their children.

She said African leadership should start investing more into the welfare and growth of African children because they hold the growth of the African continent.

“Our children are our future, so we need to sow into them the positive attributes that will help us reap continual growth on our continent, Africa,” she said.

Gena West made the statement at the TEDxAccra 2015 event themed “The Next Chapter” on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the auditorium of the National Theatre.
