Sparkle day is an annual dance recital organized by Vivies Dance Factory, a dance company made up of passionate, professionally trained artists striving to promote arts through education, performance and entertainment.

Our Vision is to raise global champions in the art industry and train young people to become all rounded and highly equipped leaders.

Our mission is to unearth and nurture talents in young people, to produce world class performers, build a community of art lovers and address social issues through performances.

We teach ballet, African dance, hiphop, acro dance, contemporary dance and musical theatre.

The theme for last year's Sparkle Day was "Different shades of you". The performances exhibited dance from different parts of the world. This was to promote self love and to appreciate and accept who we are as a people and to also embrace others no matter their skin colour or where they come from. This year, our theme is dubbed “Jingle Jangle Fair"-Dance to promote love, peace and unity.

We are using dance as a tool to foster unity and love.

Our student body is made up of people from various backgrounds and race: That is a reflection of our country as a hospitable nation. We use our recital as an opportunity to promote global peace and unity through dance because we teach children from different countries and backgrounds. That is what Jingle Jangle Fair is about- Celebrating Interculturalism.

This year marks our 3rd edition of Sparkle Day. There will be exciting performances of different dance genres from African dance to ballet, hiphop and acrodance.

Participating are about 300 children between the ages of 3 and 16years from various international schools and from our outreach programmes.

Our Annual recital is an incredible opportunity that harvest a variety of benefits for both dancers and their families. The parents look forward to seeing children under stage lights for a few shining minutes and our audience get the opportunity to see great talents from children in Ghana.

Dance helps children to be discipline and focused. It helps the timid child to gain confidence and helps the hyperactive child to channel his or her energy into something positive. It gives children the ability to discover who they are and what they can achieve with their bodies and their minds.

Dance recitals boost their confidence as they perform before an audience. It gives them exposure and a sense of accomplishment. It also promotes cooperation and teamwork. It builds new skills and creates lasting memories for both performers and the audience.

Sparkle Day is happening at the National Theatre of Ghana on the 9th of June 2019 at 3pm. It is a great place to be with the entire family.
