Newly established Accra-based station, Starr 103.5 FM recently had an ‘open day’ to invite corporate bodies and the community in which they operate, to officially announce their presence to them.
In that vein, the radio station was also proud to announce to the public that its Test Transmission had kicked started, and is already taking over the airwaves.
With results flying in, in regards to its listenership so far; management can boldly confirm that this is the radio station that has got the nation’s grip.
The Starr brand has the likes of Bola Ray, William Nanka Bruce (aka DJ Blow), Dennis Mirpuri, Nii Ayi Tagoe, Kweku Obeng Adjei, Kafui Dey, Naa Ashokor, among others.
With this array of ‘stars’, one can undoubtedly say that, “Starr FM is already a hallowed radio station.” A beautiful line no doubt, but it needs to be repeated though without the intention of claiming bragging rights at this wee-hour of its entry.
From our recent monitoring, the radio station is soon going to take over as the numero uno in Ghana with its universal cum distinctly African flavour style.
