The Accra International Conference Centre last Saturday, December 27, witnessed historic musical performances from some selected Ghanaian hiplife and dancehall heavy weights who performed at the 2014 edition of the much hyped musical event, ‘Ghana Rocks’.
The show witnessed historic performances by Ghanaian superstars like Mzvee, Edem, Kaakie, Joey B, Stonbwoy, EL, Sarkodie, Samini and Pappy Kojo among others.
All the local artistes performed creditably to the satisfaction of all music fans present as they showcased their several years of experience.
Joey B set the ball rolling with some of his hit singles which included Tonga.
Kaakie, who also performed brilliantly, succeeded in wowing the crowd at the event. Her hit songs turned out to be a crowd favourite, just like Zuuchia and Too Much.
Mzvee’s performance was superb save the fact that her supporting dancers were all over the place.
One artiste who also thrilled the audience was EL. Elorm Adablah, as he is known in private life, has never ceased to amaze showbiz lovers.
On the night, he was full of energy and his stagecraft was equally apt.
He dished hit songs such as One Ghana, Kaalu and Obuu Mo.
Other artistes who also performed on the bill included Edem, Sarkodie and Samini among others.
They were something else on the night and their performances were just okay to wow the audience.
Music lovers who came to the Dome enjoyed themselves to the max.
