Dancehall King, Shatta Wale has said his colleague and arch rival, Stonebwoy is not rich but just shows off with some awards he has won and been nominated for over the years.
Shatta Wale said this while advising his colleagues who snub their fans in public just because they see themselves as celebrities.
He said “I heard Stonebwoy’s fans wated to take pictures with him but he did not agree to take the photos with them. But Stonebwoy knows clearly that he may not have money than the fan because he is not been paid well in the music industry in Ghana but he is showing off with the few awards and the BET he has been able to achieve in his life and that is not good. Feel free and let your fans be able to interact with you”.
Shatta Wale indicated that as an artiste, it is imperative to have your fans at heart because they are the reason for who you are and without them, your career may not see the day of light so you need to respect them.
He indicated that for him, he would do all it takes to get connected to his fans because that will keep him growing as an artiste.
