Stonebwoy stirs up another controversy over contract with Zylofon

The Zylofon-signed artiste says people who may want to engage his services should contact his manager, Blakk Cedi instead of his label.

“If you need me to work with you, with all due respect, you can contact my manager and my team will take care of it” he noted on Daybreak Hitz, Monday.

“If you want to book Stonebwoy, please, Blakk Cedi, my manager and the rest of the management team across the globe are responsible for me. They cater and manage my day-to-day [activities]” he emphasized.

These remarks come after Zylofon Music released a statement stressing that anybody who needed to hire the services of its artistes should deal with the label.

When pushed as to whether his statement should surpass Zylofon’s, Stonebwoy stated that “If you book me through Zylofon and I get there to work, it’s also the same.”

Not long ago, there was a scuffle between Stonebwoy and some officials of Zylofon Media when the latter stormed the Champs Bar to retrieve a car purported to have been given him by the label, abrantepa.com recalls.

The clash heightened suggestions that the artiste had left the label over a misunderstanding. Reports had it that Stonebwoy had been to the University of Ghana to perform and at the behest of his management, organisers took off all Zylofon Media banners.
