Maccasio and Fancy Gadam
Maccasio, Born Sheriff Abdul Majeed on Wednesday, May 16 express his displeasure on how colleague artists in the northern part of Ghana are jealous of him and his known music rival Mujahid Ahmed Bello aka Fancy Gadam.
The Dagomba Girl hit maker on his Facebook page stated that beefs are part of the entertainment industry, reiterating that, his beef with Fancy Gadam should not be an albatross on the necks of colleague artists who are becoming very jealous of their (Maccasio and Fancy Gadam) success in the music industry.
According to him, for the fact that he is a rapper does not mean he cannot rival Fancy Gadam, who is a singer.
For the past 2 years, Maccasio and Fancy Gadam have overshadowed all artists within the three (3) regions of the north, therefore making it difficult for other music artists to penetrate or stage successful shows.
Both Maccasio and Fancy Gadam have benefited tremendously from their rivalry which made many industry players and other music artists wonder how on earth a rapper will be competing with a singer but the rappers jack said on his Facebook page, the rivalry between him and Fancy Gadam was never planned but their fans, “It was never planned music lover choose who they want to support either rapper vs rapper or singer… we gonna reign till God decides to end this. 69 funs to the world”.
