Chief Inspector Ben Agbedanu, told the court that on December 12, 2003, at about 0730 hours, the complainant engaged the services of the accused to do some repair work on a pen in house and left the accused with his secretary, and left for work in Accra.
The following day, the secretary told the complainant that the accused entered a room and stole a box containing 600,000 cedis and a ram valued at 1.2 million cedis and bolted at the time that the secretary had gone to another room, the prosecution said.
