Ese E. Ibru popularly called Swag Kid is undoubtedly the currently the youngest, fastest rapper to emerge from Ghana, and now he is about to take Africa by storm according to entertainment pundits who have been following him.
Swag Kid whose style of rap has received more reviews and comments from across the Africa with his versatility to flow on any beat, has overnight become one of the most sort after kid on the bloc. According to statistics, his new single-JUPA seems to be the rave of the moment across Eastern and Southern Africa.
Before now, Swag Kid after releasing ‘Mercy’ video, made history with JUPA which is currently trending as the most played song by the youngest rapper in Ghana within the first month (September) of it release.
Recently, he was on stage rocking duets with M.I., Ice Prince Zamani, Victoria Kimani and Pryse on the Sound City ‘Chairman’ bash in Ghana. Close source has it that after a ‘good night’ which he displayed his aura on the Mic, a possible collaboration with Ice Prince and M.I., looms in the air.
This month of October looks pretty good for the lil man as he is set to perform at the 53rd Independence Day celebration of Nigeria at the Nigeria High Commission, R2Bees’ Ghana Naija Beat Jam and City People’s 5th Anniversary celebration.
What stands out with his kind of music is his uniqueness which has drastically increased his fan base and the King Jay’s Entertainment Record Label signee is bracing up for his forthcoming nationwide tour.
