King Paluta featured Kuami Eugene on the remix of his Y'ahitte
King Paluta and Kuami Eugene's collaborative hit 'Y'ahitte Remix' has clinched the award for Best Highlife Song of the Year at the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards event held at the Grand Arena in Accra.
The song, which has been a fan favourite since its release, stood out in a competitive field that showcased the best of Ghana's highlife music.
Nominated songs in the category were 'Insha Allah' by Okyeame Kwame ft. King Paluta, 'M'asesa' by Jay Bahd ft. Kweku DMC, SkyFace SDW, 'Oh My Linda' by Reggie Osei, Jay Bahd, O'Kenneth, Kweku DMC, 'Twatis' by Oseikrom Sikana ft. Kwaku Smoke, 'Y'ahitte Remix' by King Paluta ft. Kuami Eugene, and 'Eny3 Nwanwa' by Guru.
