Fans have accepted his movies but unfortunately they know little about the man who brought us the hit movie Kiss me if you can. In this edition, Attractive Ayinde has profiled this movie making gem to remove the veil from his face. There are more about him than kissing him if you can, so join us in this roller coaster.

Mahmuda Salley is the C.E.O of Muda films. Born in Nima on 1st January 1977, he started his basic education at Aggrey Memorial Preparatory School at Kanda and later to Kanda A.M.A school to continue his junior education. He graduated in 1990 and continued his secondary education at O’rielly high school at Adabraka in 1991. While in school, he was also taking Islamic courses where he participated in stage shows like acting and singing.

After graduating from high school, he then decided to help his mother Hajia Fati Salley at the Makola market in distributing cosmetics and other products. At that time, he had the opportunity to travel to America to work in a restaurant called Dunkin Doughnuts in New Jersey as a cashier. After working with the company for some years, he became the manager of the restaurant because of his hard work and commitment to the work.

After his long stay in the States, he came back to Ghana in 2005 to visit his family and friends and since then he has been coming to Ghana every year. At his leisure times, one can see him watching movies and according to him, because of his love for movies he had the passion to enter into the movie industry. After contacting friends like Balakov who is popularly known for his Hausa movies, Muda decided to join his friends to produce the first Hausa movie. But because he wanted to be recognized in the industry but Hausa movies are limited to a group of people, he decided to contact Ruweida Yakubu who was then the (third runner up) of TV3`s Ghana’s Most Beautiful in 2009 and Hajiah Hawa Meizongo who happens to be the C.E.O of silver line films.

After getting more information about the industry from Ruweida Yakubu, she then introduced him to Kobi Rana a script writer, so that was when the dream became a reality. Muda asked him to direct the movie for him but when they were preparing for the production, Kobbi came up with a suggestion that since that is his first production, he should try to bring out a big movie that can really attract the public and his presence in the industry. Muda say`s this prompted Kobbi to search through some series of scripts he had written three years down the line and came up with "Kiss Me If You Can” which became an instant hit.

Mahmuda Salley is now C.E.O and the president of Muda filmz production which is now one of the top production Houses in the movie industry. He is working hard to bring out lots of interesting movies and TV reality shows not only for the African continent, but for the entire world.

Muda will always like to thank the media and his fans especially those on face book for making his presence to be recognized in the industry. He also thanked the young and best director/script writer Kobi Rana who is known in real life as Cornelius Phanthomas as well as Shaibu Salley(Babs). Muda filmz is now working on his new movie with the working title "Crazy" which features Kalsoume Sinare, Prince David Osei, Roselyn Ngissah, Kobi Rana and Yvonne Nelson introducing Salma Mumin.
