DStv audiences are invited to Nigeria, Cameroon, Tanzania, Senegal, Kenya and South Africa, this week as M-Net's STUDIO 53 makes stopovers at these destinations during the latest episode of the lifestyle program!

First stop is Nigeria where STUDIO 53 attended the finale of M-Net’s Face of Africa in Lagos. Arguably the most prominent fashion event ever held in Nigeria, the event certainly lived up to its hype. IK was joined by two guest presenters Adora Oleh and Olisa Adibua. Tune in and witness Zambia’s Lukundo being crowned M-Net’s Face Of Africa 2010.

Next the gorgeous Grace travels to Cameroon where introduces DStv viewers to three young musicians, although the trio come from different parts of the world, but have one vision, that of expressing themselves through music.

Then in Tanzania, Thembi got to hang out with TV presenter and Runway Lounge owner, Abby Plaatjes. Runway Lounge is situated on the Penthouse level, below the dome, at Shoppers Plaza bar lives up to its expectation of glitz, glamour and pizzaz. A little haven, the Runway Lounge was created just for those people wanting to get out of the mad city traffic and buzz, join Thembi as she relaxes at this Tanzanian gem.

Also in the show, Grace travels to Senegal where she met up with businessman and avid golfer, Aziz Dieye. Heading up a successful accounting firm, Dar-es-Salaam’s top businessman took some time off from work to indulge in something that’s become very much a part of the modern business world – golf. Join Grace as she gets a few golf tips from Aziz in Dakar.

From golfing with the stunning Grace to sailing with the Handsome Fareed is where the M-Net lifestyle program next takes DStv viewers. The Tamarind Dhow ‘Nawalilkher’ was built in 1977 for trading. However the ship was later converted to a restaurant use on the amazing Lamu Island in Kenya. Under the watchful eye of Mohammed Shalle, who is still her captain today, Fareed had the ultimate experience on a Tamarind Dhow Cruise with a live band aboard the splendid dhow, interesting cocktails, great food and company!

Lastly the show travels to South Africa where, fresh off major festival gigs at Coachella and Bonnaroo, the highly acclaimed duo People Under the Stairs is finally performing.

The duo, devoted to jazzy samples, danceable beats, intricate rhyming skills, and laidback humour, debuted in 1998 with the acclaimed The Next Step and followed it up in 2000 with Question in the Form of an Answer. Tune in and let this dynamic duo serenade you.
