Participants of TV3’s Talented Kids during last Sunday’s performances acknowledged highlife artistes of the nation as they sang and danced to Ghanaian highlife tunes.
Among the lots who were thrilled by their performances are the judges, Uncle Benedict, Aunty Paulina and music producer and sound engineer, Appietus, who was the guest judge for the day.
Aristo Jokers, after their hilarious sketch, presented a citation in honor of all highlife legends for their great work towards Ghanaian music.
They called on the female judge of the show, Aunty Paulina, who is also a Ghanaian highlife musician and actress, to receive the citation on behalf of highlife legends of the country.
The contestants of Ghana’s biggest and outstanding programme for young people sang and danced to tunes of legends such as Kojo Antwi, Osibisa, Amakye Dede, Ofori Amponsah, Paapa Yankson, Dasebre Dwamena, many others.
Last Sunday’s edition of the mostly watched kids reality show saw thrilling performances from participants as Gh Acrobats emerged the most creative contestant of the day.
Meanwhile, two groups: Young Stars and Gye Nyame dancers were shown the exit as they were evicted from the competition
Talented Kids, a product of Ghana’s leading TV channel, TV3, which features young people between the ages of 7 and 12 airs every Sunday at 4pm exclusively on TV3.
