TV3 explains why they chose Adina as judge over past mentor contestants

Organisers of TV3 Mentor have explained why Adina was selected as a judge for this year’s mentor competition.

TV3 recently announced a comeback for the 8th edition of mentor after a seven year hiatus.

New judges unveiled at the launch were Adina Thembi, Trigmatic and Bessa Simons.

This provoked Nii Soul, a past contestant of Mentor to quiz the organizers as to why they chose singer, Adina over other past contestants and winners.

He acknowledged her good work but felt that she wasn’t the right person.

The General Manager of Operations, Mr. Winfred Kingsley Afful has explained why the trio were specifically chosen as judges.

He said the outfit considered drive and traction before selecting these judges.

He added mentor as a brand solely seeks to give opportunities to all and not only people linked to them.

Mr. Afful assured fans of an amazing mentor experience that will live up to expectations.

Now Tv3 explains why they chose Adina over all past contestants of Mentor as a judge for the 8th edition of the music reality show. According this rep, they needed someone who has lots of traction and they believe Adina has it more than all past contestants of Mentor. Has he convinced you?
