Teaching men how to show emotion will reduce violence against women - Actress

Nollywood actress Victoria Inyama has advised mothers to show their sons love and affection while they are growing up.

She said that some men do not express emotions and they lack sensitivity because they were not shown during their growing up days.

She gave some tips on how mothers should treat their male children like, give them night kisses, pray with them, communicate and share secrets and feelings of compassion among others.

The actress noted that inculcating these values and attributes in them will help to reduce the rate of violence against women.

Showing emotion is not an act of weakness like some people think.
