“With what I saw, somebody had a hand in my brother’s death, not even a scratch was on his body as I examined him on a stretcher at the 37 military hospital, with the exception of a strange thin hole beneath Terry’s chin” those were some of the words that spilled out from the mouth of Terry Bonchaka’s sister, Shatana as she broke into tears on TV Africa’s breakfast show.

Speaking exclusively with Host Roselyn K. Felli on the breakfast show the maverick songstress called on God to expose the perpetrators behind his brother’s death because it’s been almost sixteen (16) years since his brother passed on yet most Ghanaians believe Terry died in an accident.

“I was very young at that time but I can recall the doctor asking me to take a critical look at that thin hole beneath Terry’s chin because even he as a doctor found it to be very strange to extent that he kept asking me to look at it on several occasions but I couldn’t disclose this information to the media because I was terrified and so young by then’. She narrated.

Madam Charlotte Adjetey, the mother of the late talented musician, Terry Adjetey Bonchaka often known as Terry Bonchaka, also made a similar statement in the year 2017 that she believes that her son did not die a natural death.

“When they brought him from the mortuary and he was lying down in the house and I went in there to look at him vividly and I saw that on the front neck as if something had been done to him. It’s only Jehovah who knows the truth,” she said.

“Autopsy report indicated that Terry Bonchaka died of “suffocation, he couldn’t breathe, that was how it came about. What [happened] that he couldn’t breathe, only God knows.”

“It was the hand of someone, someone did it to my son,” Mrs. Adjetey, in a shaky voice, concluded..

Shatana, who is well known for her music and woman empowerment programs urged the public, especially Terry Bonchaka’s fans to remain calm as the story unfolds.
