The opening night of The Christmas After Party comes off at the Silverbird Cinemas at the Westhills Malls on January 1st, 2018 at 6pm respectively.
Christmas After Party produced by Kofi Nyame and features actors DKB, Kobi Rana, Frimpy Bryte, Maame Serwaa, Afia Schwarzenegger and Erica Tanoh (Dj Switch) is about youth, especially those who disobey their parent's advice.
The story also talks about specifically what’s we wish for and how we can handle it when it comes.
Speaking in an interview with Daily View Gh, Kofi Nyame, said his main aim of making the movie is Youth of our time, we refuse to listen to Simple but necessary advice. Putting the movie out will help change our mindset towards authority.. “We need to listen more”
Talking of his experience as a second time film producer, Kofi Nyame “This is my second time of shooting a movie and I must say it is not easy. I have come to respect movie makers.
From location to financing everything by yourself is not an easy task.” Some of the movies Kofi has featured in are Kelewele series, The Christmas After Party, and more.
