Is it true that....

Is it true that.... *The bullet-proof Mercedes Benz car used by Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland during her visit to Ghana in the NDC era and left behind for the NPP Government was criminally and recklessly left unattended to for over three years with the petrol that had been put in it for the royal visit at the time left intact such that it lost viscosity, so when on the visit of German Chancellor Gerhardt Schroeder last year, the NPP Government decided that the car be assigned to him, it broke down on the way from the Airport and the driver smartly detoured to the Golden Tulip Hotel where the German Chancellor was changed into a back-up car, that so embarrassing was the incident that a Board of Enquiry was set up to investigate what went wrong, that it was the Board that traced the problem to the loss of viscosity of the petrol and blamed it on criminal recklessness of unprecedented proportions and also actually established criminal culpability but the NPP Government has not been able to inform the public about the incident, publish the findings of the Board of Enquiry, or punish those found to have been criminally culpable because they are all NPP apparatchiks or connected to NPP apparatchiks who had been hastily recruited to replace the old hands from the NDC era who had been indecently dismissed from office and who were therefore most inexperienced, and that the loss of that bullet-proof Mercedes Benz car is one of the reasons why the NPP Government has had to embark on a bullet-proof vehicle acquisition spree?
