The worst illiterate is the political illiterate – Benedicta Gafah

Benedicta Gafah has lashed out at eligible voters who abstain from voting; calling them the worst form of citizens.

The popular actress described such electorates as political illiterates and discouraged such acts which she termed as highly unpatriotic.

According to Miss Gafah, the actions of these “political illiterate” amount to most social issues which stem from poor governance. “He or she (political illiterate) doesn’t know the cost of living, price of beans, rent, flour, fuel, medicine which all depend on their political decision” she observed.

“[They forget that] it is their non-participation that breeds prostitutes, abandoned children, armed robbers and the worst of all corrupt officials,” she fumed.

“Step out and vote! She charged Ghanaians” adding that eligible voters have the sole right to vote and must vote wisely.
