It was a memory worth repeating over the weekend as Patrons at the 4syte Music Video Awards held at the Accra International Conference Centre had a feel of Terry’s performance done by Boomgi Man.

October 29, 2017, marked exactly fourteen years Ghana lost a legend (Terry Bonchaka) in the music industry.

Boomgi Man and comedian DKB performance were the most talked about at the auditorium as many patrons yearned for more from him.

The artiste voice, dance had a feel of late Terry Bonchaka as he did a freestyle of the Zoozey hitmaker. Terry’s mother Mrs Charlotte Adjetey was present at the venue and was applauded and also contributing her quota in the music industry.

Bonchaka was involved in a fatal accident on the Legon-Madina road in Accra when his car veered off the road and hit a tree. He was confirmed dead at the 37 Military Hospital.

Real name Terrence Nii Okang Mensah Adjetey, the 21-year-old died on Friday, October 29, 2003, after performing at the Akuafo Hall of the University of Ghana in their Hall Week Celebration.
