Popular Ga Rapper, Tinny indeed has shown us he has the power to upstage many international artistes who have been in the field a lot longer.

He was among the much-talked about musicians whose name was on the lips of the lot in the entire country indeed in 2003/2004.

His first album has and is still receiving massive airplay. He is certainly guaranteed a top spot on the A list of 2003 achievers, with the sort of success that surpasses most expectations.

And to describe Tinny's performances with an impressive score which will be an understatement; he is arguably Ghana's prominent and prolific Hiplife artiste. If what we saw of him last year is anything to judge by, all eyes will be on him this year.

Real name Nii Addo Quaynor, Tinny indeed proven himself and continues to shine at his tender age putting Ghana on the world music map.

With people still talking about his performance at the Obour Tour.Com, which also billed established acts such as Obour himself, Batman, Kokovelli, Bandanna, Mad Fish, Castro, Okra and the likes.

Now, people out there, pay attention! Ghana's Tinny will be making another grand entrance in the 'Who is Who' list this year with his upcoming album which has 12 songs on the CD and 8 songs on the cassettes.

Great tunes on the album included 'Atubam' featuring the fastest rapper, Okra and talented underground rapper, 'Motia' (now Nokware), 'Passion of the Christ', 'Negbe Yei Eyoo' (Where are the Girls?), 'Yei Anmo Ame' featuring Scizo, 'Ehe Hia Waa' (It is very important) featuring Hiplife Godfather, Reggie Rockstone (Spacefon Legend for the year 2003), 'Kaabu Ame', 'Mamle' and 'Yoomo Sumo Nuumo Sane' both featuring Adane Best, 'Nipa Gyengyan', etc.

But for some reasons best known to him, he pulled out before the competition.

Tinny together with the fastest rapper, Okra and other upcoming artistes like Motia (now Nokware), Olonka, Scizo and Black Sam formed a clan by name 'Kankpe Records'.

The artistes indicated that 'Kankpe Records' is not record label but a clan of stunning artistes who know what the time is with the motive of coming together to record an album which will see them through and also bring the upcoming artistes into the limelight.

Last year (2003) saw Tinny reaching for the stars, and he continued to reign in Ghana as music lovers showered him with much-deserved praises for having put Ghana on the world music map.

His exquisitely crafted, self-titled upcoming album is something else; he was embraced by the public and became an inspiration to many young people. His future looks bright indeed.

Tinny indeed set tongues wagging with his spectacular entry on the vibrant local scene.

The focus remained on his every move until few years ago when he has been heard off although he still does release songs and has performed on a couple of shows some few years ago unlike his early years in the industry.

Was Tinny Alet3 #BardMan not an overwhelming artiste about 7 years ago until now that music lovers could hardly hear a whistle about him?

With his 'Anaconda' song wooing music lovers back to him 3 years ago; Tinny in an interview with Showbiz declared, "I remain the best rapper."

He said, “Ever since I released Anaconda three years ago, I have been silent and wondering if there was a better rapper than I, but I have come to realise there is ‘no size’. “I am still the best rapper.

I am not bragging because the evidence is there for all to see. If you listen to the rap I did on songs like I Believe I Can Fly, Ringtone, Maamle, Anaconda and Kaabu Ame, you would recognise that I am the best in the game," he declared.

How could anyone forget Tinny, who set the scene alight and took the industry by storm?
