A Ghana-based Togolese artiste, Kekeli Kosi Folly, aka SikaBoy, is accusing Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Captain Planet of stealing his song. According to the Togolese singer, Captain Planet stole his recent hit song ‘Akpeteshie’ from him, which he featured Wanluv de Kubulor.

Speaking to Razzonline.com in an exclusive interview, Kekeli accused the Ghanaian artiste of being a ‘thief’.

“I’m just surprised Captain Planet could do this to me; he is one artiste I respected a lot but for him to steal my “Akpeteshie’ song is a no no…I featured Kubolor, Shinny and I released it a year ago,” the musician angrily said. The leader of the 4X4 group has been releasing some new songs after breaking away from his group.

However, the release of his latest song ‘Akpeteshie’, appears to have got the attention of the Togolese musician who is currently demonising him over the song. Although Captain Planet has not yet responded to Kekeli’s damning allegations, Yen.com.gh has listened to both songs which appear to be similar in terms of lyrics but with different style and flow. Captain Planet released ‘Obi Girl’ recently, which became a toast of the day.

However, his latest single ‘Akpeteshie’ is likely to suffer some setbacks after the damning allegations from the Togolese artiste.
