'Torcher Experience' in Ho attracts over 30,000 fans - PRO

On March 5, 2026, Afro-dancehall artiste Stonebwoy celebrated his birthday by headlining a concert in the Volta Region capital, Ho, at the Youth Resource Centre, dubbed “The Torcher Experience.”

Public Relations Officer of Burniton Music Group, Vida Adutwumwaa, has indicated that the sports facility hosted over 30,000 fans of the Afro-dancehall artiste who came to watch him perform.

Vida told Onua FM on March 7, 2026, that on paper the BHIM Nation camp was expecting about 20,000 people, even though she acknowledged that the chairs at the sporting facility would not count to that number.

According to the PRO, fans filled the pitch and the stands, and everywhere was choked. She added that as at 2 a.m., the number of people outside who were still trying to gain access to the stadium were not small.

“On paper, we were expecting to host over 20,000 people at the Youth Resource Centre. The place is very big, but in terms of chairs, since it’s not a full-blown stadium, the seats alone wouldn’t count to that number. However, we occupied the floor, the chairs, and the pitch itself. I can say that the people who came there were over 30,000. Everywhere was choked,” she said.

Bhim Nation President, Stonebwoy, celebrated his birthday with the people of Ho in the Volta Region with an event dubbed ‘The Torcher’s Experience’ at the Youth Resource Centre, Ho in Adaklu.

The musician disclosed that the initiative is aimed at inspiring young people to discover and nurture their God-given talents for national development.

The event was organised in partnership with the Ghana Youth Authority to promote youth empowerment. Tickets for the event sold at GH¢50 for regular, GH¢100 for VIP and GH¢200 for VVIP.

The Ho edition of the Torcher Experience featured performances by several artistes including Sefa, Larruso, Cina Soul, DopeNation, DWP Academy, Incredible Zigi, Morgan Hero and Agbeshie, among others. The event is expected to be replicated in other parts of the country.
