Kumawood actress and producer Tracey Boakye has built a new house in Accra just about a year after completing her first house in Kumasi.

The 28-year-old voluptuous actress announced the completion of the house in Accra by sharing a video from the compound.

The video shows workmen cleaning the swimming pool inside the house which's exact location in Accra is not yet known.

Captioning the video, the actress disclosed that owning a property in Accra was be never part of her plans but only came up because movie director Kofi Asamoah kept pestering her to relocate.

Recounting the sacrifices she has gone through to get the house built, Tracey disclosed that she had not slept on her bed in the last months because she was working to make the latest movie she produced, Baby Mama, become successful.

She expressed gratitude to Kofi Asamoah and all those who have supported her make Baby Mama a success adding that she would be hosting a party with the cast and crew of the movie in the new house.

"Who says you can’t be the owner of 2 mansions in Ghana at 28 years? It was never part of my plans to own a property in Accra, till @1kofiasamoah kept disturbing me to relocate, I’m not here to show off, but just to encourage my younger ones, yes!!

"I’ve worked soo hard for this, haven’t slept on my bed for over 2 months just to push my movie to this level and with my huge international deal. I could have flown out of the country and have the best of HOLIDAYS, but still decided to build my future. #babymama movie has brought me this far.

Tracey's reactions has got a lot of reactions with many congratulating her. Actress @vivian_jill_lawrence who is a godmother for Tracey said:"I'm so grateful to God for not allowing our enemies to have reasons to rejoice over us. I know people didn't take it serious,when I played my hands on you to bless you on your birthday. I thank God so much for all the manifestations.

The best is yet to come my daughter." @akuaadwubikete requested for fufu at the party: "Wow his only chick. God has been good. Make sure you have fufu at the party on that day oo." Another actress @moeshaboduong also came with congratulations: "??congrats ??I am coming to party with you."

@iamawoabenapapabi_favoured showed so much respect for Tracey: "I respect you so much.. this is so inspiring dear. Awww at 28 and so blessed. Chai." Tracey Boakye's announcement comes after her successful premiere of the Baby Mama movie across the country.

As earlier reported, the premiere started in Kumasi, came to the National Theatre in Accra before going to Sunyani. Other venues like Takoradi and Tamale are also in line.
