Nigerian music legend, Tuface Idibia has warned Nigerians against practising ‘religion’ and looking upon men.
This comes against the backdrop of several allegations emanating against pastors and religious leaders in the country.
Pastors in Nigeria have been in the news for the wrong reason of late, with Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, the most recent one.
Tuface, on Thursday on his Twitter page warned Nigerians to be vigilant and stay away from scammers who come in the name of religion.
According to Tuface, “Any god wey say make you judge another person na scam. Any person wey say God tell am to tell you anything na scam.
“Any god wey say make you kill person for am na scam. Any god wey say make you give another man money for am to bless you na scam
“Any god wey say make you judge another person na scam. Any person wey say God tell am to tell you anything na scam
“#ONELOVERELIGION but open your eyes.
”This is coming at a time when a former staff of COZA who worked directly with the pastor and was also a member of the church alleged that Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo raped her sometime in 2017 at his house.
According to her, Pastor Fatoyinbo asked her to come to his house outside Nigeria on the particular day (a Thursday morning) to take some instructions and go on an errand but the scenario changed after he stopped discussing the church and grabbed her towards him.
