Either young actor, Umar Krupp, enjoys playing gay roles in movies or movie directors find him suitable for playing the part of gay characters.
Whatever the truth might be, NEWS-ONE has gathered that Umar has settled on yet another controversial gay role in the next instalment of Cheaters movie, “Cheaters Vacation.”
Umar is taking up the gay role at a time many actors are avoiding such roles. He received all sorts of criticisms after his first gay role in Yvonne Nelson’s, House of Gold, which even made some persons to tag him as “gay.”
Prior to the movie’s release he said; “I wasn’t convinced about playing such a role for my first movie, because of what people and the public will think about me. But the story was good and I took it…I read the script and fell in love with the story. I took the script and I accepted the role. It was very difficult switching from being a man to a woman for the long days of shooting. It wasn’t easy to let go the character after the movie.”
It appears nothing is stopping him from playing more of such roles now, for NEWS-ONE was reliably informed that he put up some amazing gay performances in the new instalment of Cheaters.
Director Frank Rajah released posters for the movie last week, and Umar’s pictures confirmed the role.
