New hiplife artiste, Francis Azumah, known in the hiplife music scene as Azumah Flow has made it so clear on the Showbiz Xtra on Happy FM hosted by Dr. Cann that up and coming hiplife artiste would need GHC100, 000 and more to make it in the industry.

According to him, a lot goes into bringing out a song. Some of which include good production, promotion, etc. However, he is pleading with the various DJs and presenters to play the songs when they release them.

Meanwhile, when the host of the show, Doctor Cann asked him how he has been dealing with promotion. Azumah Flow without hesitation admitted the fact that the Nigerian artistes indeed has broken through and their songs are all over the place but here in Ghana, it’s really difficult for upcoming artiste especially when there is no investor or executive producer behind you.

Azumah Flow who dropped his voice on Sarkodie’s ‘Hand To Mouth’ and titled it Too Much is set to drop an EP this month.
