Award-winning music group VIP last Friday put up one of the amazing performances in its entire music career.
Due to its high demand in Ghana’s industry, the group had to perform in far away Kumasi on Friday night and return to Accra to do same.
The group performed at this year’s All Star Revolution concert, held at the Royal Lametha Hotel in Kumasi. It opened the show and thrilled music fans with its repertoire.
Fans described the group’s performance as exciting and energetic. It was also an indication that the group is still strong and relevant, several years since it rocked the music scene.
That same night, the group embarked on a five-hour journey to Accra to be part of Empire Entertainment’s ‘Back In The Days’ concert where it delivered.
The group was the last to perform when the audience was almost tired. However, it managed to get fans to sing and dance along during its performances. It performed songs as ‘Daben Na Odo Beba’, ‘Ahomka Womu’ ‘Bibi Baa O’ and a number of others.
The group would forever be remembered for its exploits on Ghana’s music scene.
