Van Vicker & Miss Haiti to visit orphanage home in Haiti

African celebrated actor, Van Vicker, who’s currently in the United States of America will soon be on the road to Haiti with Miss Haiti Sarodj Bertin to visit the less privileged, orphanage homes as well as also premiere a movie titled ‘The Heartbreakers Revenge’ - he starred in with Miss Bertin, Billy Williams of the Martin Lawrence show and a host of others.

The actor told MustaphaInusah.Coms that, he’s currently in America but will be in Haiti this weekend. “I am currently here in America for a follow up on my medicals and movie premiere but from America, I will be going to Haiti to premiere a movie and visit some of the orphanage homes in Haiti including, Samaritin orphanage home” he said.


He added that, for so many years now he has been yearning to visit Haiti, because, he has lots of movie fans there and he has also been informed that the people of Haiti like Ghanaian (African) movies, so he sees the need to visit Haiti so he can have a proper experience of how Africa (Ghana) can have a very tight relationship with Haiti through movies and our areas of interest in future.

In a separate chat with Miss Haiti who happens to be Miss Haiti 2010, she said that ‘it was such a pleasure to work with Van Vicker, he is extremely professional, he is a very likable person, he makes a great a great impression on those around him because of his personality, I learnt a lot working with him, hopefully we will get other chance to work together soon’ she revealed


Bertin represented Haiti in the Miss Universe 2010 beauty pageant held in Las Vegas on August 23, 2010. Bertin believes that competing in Miss Universe would give the people of Haiti a voice, stating, "There are many people who want to help but don't know how and sometimes they need a voice to tell them what are the necessities of the people. I want the people, through me, to be who says what their necessities are."
