Van Vicker explains why he cried at Dumsor Vigil

Actor Van Vicker has explained why he cried when he was being interviewed at the Dumsor Must Stop Vigil held last Saturday from the Legon Bridge to the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange.

The actor who couldn’t stop tears running down his cheeks expressed his frustrations and disappointment in the government’s inability to solve the current power crisis.

To explain his action, the actor in a message on social media explained to all his fans and the general public that he cried at the vigil because he doesn't see why accidents should occur just because of dumsor.

“I cried @the vigil Bcos I don't see why there has 2be an accident because the traffic light doesn't work. #DumsorMustStop #TheYoungGodFather” he stated.

The vigil led by Actress Yvonne Nelson and her co-stars started with a peaceful procession from the Legon overhead bridge through the streets; with the celebrities and their fans holding candles, torchlight, placards and lanterns expressing their concern and sentiments about the situation.

The peaceful vigil, even though in the absence of two of the top most organizers, rapper Sarkodie and Actress Lydia Forson ended successfully at the park near the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange in Accra with an impressive turnout.
