Venue for Ebony’s funeral in Accra announced

Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng alias Ebony Reigns in showbiz who passed on in gory accident will be laid in state on Saturday March,17,2018 in Accra at Independence Square where her final funeral rites will be held.

The family of the 90’s bad gyal disclosed that the funeral scheduled for March 17, 2018, would be held at the aforementioned venue.

The dad, Mr. Opoku Kwarteng, speaking on Hitz FM confirmed that, after deliberations with family and stakeholders within the industry – the Independence Square has been chosen as the venue for the final funeral rites of the music superstar.

Ebony met her untimely death on Thursday February 8,2018 together with two other associates when the jeep they were traveling in, slammed into an oncoming VIP bus on the Kumasi – Sunyani road. The driver of the vehicle fortunately escaped death.
