The man insane, Kwaw Kese seems to have been infected with the dead goat syndrome as the remorse he showed during and after his arrest in the Ashanti Region for what was alleged to be Indian hemp has suddenly vanished into thing air.
From recording songs to mounting campaigns against narcotics and donating to the Kumasi Central Prisons where he was kept until his release (graduation as he calls it), the Yakubu (name he was given as an inmate) singer slapped the Deputy Commissioner of Police at Ghana Police Service in the Ashanti Region Kofi Boakye who handed his case over to the law courts right in the face at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium over the weekend during the Bukom Banku and Ayittey Powers bout.
In a live stage performance, Kwaw Kese who’s entry was welcomed with a loud cheer from the crowd did a freestyle of what is expected to be a new single with lines such as, ‘M’ahyew a m’ahyew, ……… oy3 wee na jort a onfa wo ho’.
The question however is, are the lyrics to the song a slap in the face of the law since Kwaw Kese seems unremorseful about what happened a year ago?
Kwaw Kese, however, went straight to the commissioner right after his performance to salute him and exchange pleasantries as they laughed over his performance.
